Il prossimo 29 novembre, a partire dalle ore 15 nell’Aula Magna del Palazzo del Rettorato dell’Università di Siena, si terrà l’evento “Nice to Meet You, Strangers are just friends you haven’t met yet”, organizzato dall’URP e International Place per accogliere i nuovi studenti internazionali iscritti ai corsi di laurea di I e II livello.
Nel corso della manifestazione affronteremo tematiche utili per i nuovi arrivati oltre a momenti di musica, canto e ballo, preparati dagli studenti stessi.

L’evento, organizzato da Europe Direct Siena per conoscere e approfondire nuove culture fa parte del più ampio progetto “Nice To Meet You” nato nel 2013 per contribuire ad accrescere la consapevolezza del concetto di comunità, nell’ottica delle politiche dell’Unione Europea (UE) orientate alla multiculturalità

Welcome day for the international students
November 29, starting at 3pm
Aula Magna, Main University Building

“Nice to Meet you, Strangers are just friends you haven’t met yet” is an event promoted by the URP/International Place that will be held next Nov 29, from 3 pm onwards, in the Aula Magna of the Main University Building, to welcome the new international students.
During this event we will talk about interesting topics for newly arrived students as well as witness moments of music, singing and dancing performed by the students themselves.

This initiative, organized by the Europe Direct Information Centre of the University of Siena, is part of the larger project “Nice To Meet You”, launched in 2013 to contribute to raise awareness and disseminate the European Union (EU) policies oriented to multiculturalism.
